Results 2020

The results of the second annual South African Craft Gin Awards have been announced.  Roger Jorgensen chaired the judging panel and commented: “I am delighted that, despite the pandemic, the SA Craft Gin industry is in rude health. We were delighted with the level of entries this year, especially from new gin brands. The judging panel concentrated on rewarding gins that delivered on taste and quality, as many South African gins do. We look forward to witnessing the continuing improvement in craft gins in South Africa, as they can clearly hold their own against international competitors.”

The SA Craft Gin Awards is Africa’s largest gin competition.

This year’s awards are sponsored by online retail partner Takealot, and Schweppes Mixers.
