Competition Rules

  1. Entries are market ready and legally permitted for sale.
  2. The gin must be distilled in the Republic of South Africa.
  3. The gin will conform to the Liquor Products Act requirements for a gin.
  4. Each entry must indicate a judging category which can be found on the entry form.
  5. Two bottles will be delivered for judging.
  6. The gin will be judged blind.
  7. Results will be compiled and certified by a registered chartered accountant.
